By accessing or using Face Influencer ("the Service") at faceinfluencer.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, subscribers, and contributors.

2Description of Service

Face Influencer is an AI-powered content creation platform that allows subscribers to create promotional videos, transform photos, and generate viral social media content. The Service includes:

• • AI photo transformation with background and outfit changes
• • TikTok viral dance template face-swap library (100+ templates)
• • Text-to-speech and custom voiceover tools
• • Prompt-based customisation for realistic AI content
• • Content library and management tools

3Subscription Plans and Billing

Face Influencer offers a single unlimited subscription plan:

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.

4Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. By completing your subscription purchase, you:

• • Acknowledge that the digital service begins immediately upon payment
• • Expressly waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK)
• • Agree that no refund will be issued for any portion of a billing period, whether used or unused
• • Understand that cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of the current period

This policy applies to all subscription tiers. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. technical failure preventing access to the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours), we may at our sole discretion offer a partial credit to your account.

5Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that:

• • Is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful
• • Infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
• • Impersonates any real person without their consent
• • Is used for fraudulent or deceptive advertising
• • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

6Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any original images or content you upload to the Service. You grant Face Influencer a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. AI-generated content created using the Service is owned by you, subject to these terms and any applicable AI usage policies.

7Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Face Influencer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
